Aloha! I’m Eliana Jones, a licensed Esthetician based on the beautiful island of Maui. I specialize in customized facials and expert waxing services designed to bring out your skin’s natural glow. Come experience the calm of Maui and leave feeling your very best — inside and out. POLICIES Payments: Veloura Studio accepts all major credit cards, and Venmo. If you use cash, just know I do not have change. If you are using Credit Card, there is a processing fee of 3.5% of your total service. I require cards to book an appointment, if you are paying with cash please contact me directly so I can bypass that for you to get booked. Cellphones: Please silence your phone while in the studio during Facial services, so that you may receive the full relaxation benefits of your visit. Appointment Etiquette: We understand that sometimes schedules change and things happen, therefore, client needs to request more than 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. In respect to everyone’s time and taking account with all bookings for the day, it is important to be punctual. Client should come in 5 minutes before scheduled time in order to get ready with no worries. Paperwork should be completed prior to the appointment. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “no-show,” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled. This ensures that any upcoming appointments are properly taken care of, and that there is ample amount of time to clean and sanitize the treatment room. Our esthetician takes time and extreme effort to ensure your happiness, and should be respected as such. Deposit: I require a deposit in order to secure your booking, when we checkout at the end of your service I will charge the remaining balance. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours to your scheduled time, you will not get your deposit back. If you cancel more than 48 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment, I will give you back your deposit. You can reschedule your appointment MORE THAN 48 HOURS without forfeiting your deposit.
