Aloha, I'm Eliana 🤍 I'm a licensed esthetician and Brazilian wax specialist based in Kahului, Maui, and the heart behind Veloura Studio. Veloura was created from a desire to make beauty care feel like more than just an appointment. To me, it represents softness, confidence, femininity, self-love, and the feeling of being cared for — a space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling a little more confident than when you walked in. I believe beauty rituals can be deeply personal. They can be moments of grounding, renewal, and taking time to care for yourself. That's the energy I hope to create here at Veloura. When it comes to Brazilian waxing, I know it can feel intimidating — especially if it's your first time. My goal is to make you feel comfortable, respected, and completely judgment-free from the moment you walk through my door. You don't have to be embarrassed. You don't have to know what you're doing. READY TO BOOK? 🤍 Before booking, please take a moment to read through the policies below. They are in place to protect your appointment time, create a smooth experience for everyone, and allow me to give each client the care and attention they deserve. BOOKING & DEPOSITS A 50% deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Your remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the loss of your deposit. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time, preferably 5 minutes early. Arriving 15 or more minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit forfeited, as I want to ensure enough time to properly and safely perform your service. FIRST-TIME BRAZILIANS If this is your first Brazilian ever, you've gone 8+ weeks since your last wax, or this is your first Brazilian appointment with me, please select the First-Time Brazilian option when booking. PAYMENT I accept credit/debit cards, Venmo, and cash. A 3.5% processing fee applies to credit card payments. APPOINTMENT ETIQUETTE Please arrive clean and ready for your service. If you are receiving an intimate waxing service, please avoid applying lotions, oils, or other products to the area beforehand. Your comfort and privacy are important to me, so please feel free to communicate any concerns, sensitivities, or questions you may have before or during your appointment. NO-SHOWS Appointments missed without notice will be considered a no-show and may result in the loss of your deposit and/or the inability to book future appointments. PHONE & PERSONAL ITEMS Please silence your phone during your appointment when possible so we can keep the environment peaceful and focused on your service.
